Here’s my 5 for Friday with personal trainer Curtis Fisher. Curtis shares some food strategies and supplementation possibilities for us road travelers. I know for myself I’m always trying to eat better when I’m on the road. When I slip up or have to eat something that isn’t the best for me I remind myself that overall I’m still eating better than before and life is about moderation. Hearing that we should cut out processed sugars, breads and that we should plan out our meals better to stay or get healthy are great goals to shoot for and terrific words of advice. He works with all types of people who look to improve their quality of life as well as the advanced athlete.
